BACKGROUND
“Dance is one of the most beautiful forms of communication.”
Sabrina’s first love is dance for which she’s dedicated countless hours training, performing, choreographing dance pieces and excelling in the art form. She now brings that commitment to the healing arts. She is a transformative energy bodyworker who studied alternative healing and healthy living for over 20 years. Her interest in homeopathy, herbs and food therapy addressed her own family’s health needs.
EDUCATION
Sabrina earned a BA in Fine Arts and a minor in African-American Studies from UC Berkeley in 1997 and received attunements as a Reiki Master-Teacher in St. Petersburg, Florida in 2014. She more recently graduated from the San Francisco School of Massage & Bodywork in 2018 and became a licensed and certified massage therapist.
PERSONAL
Sabrina owes her love of song and music to her grandfather, a self-taught guitar player. Following her grandfather’s footsteps, she is currently studying the guitar. When Sabrina is not practicing bodywork, you can find her reading, playing, dancing, smelling a flower, exploring the outdoors and finding a new place to travel. Sabrina recently traveled to Barcelona and Andalusian Spain to study the art of Flamenco dance.
